Hi everyone! My name is Bridget Lockrem and welcome to My Journey.

I have always dreamed of opening my own coffee trailer and I am so excited that this dream is finally becoming a reality. Through this blog you can follow along with every step it takes to bring Lucky Cowgirl Coffee to life.

From building out the trailer and creating the menu to opening day and everything in between I want to share it all with you. My hope is that you feel like you're right here alongside me as this dream comes to life.
