Lucky Cowgirl Coffee started with a dream I have thought about for many years.
Hi there! I'm Bridget and coffee has always been more than just a morning drink to me. After years of making coffee as a barista and spending my summers working on ranches in Wyoming I realized that some of my favorite memories always started with a great cup of coffee and good people.
I wanted to create a place that brings those two worlds together.
A place where the western lifestyle meets specialty coffee. Where every drink is made with intention and every customer feels welcome.
So, I bought a horse trailer and decided to build my dream from the ground up.
Every cabinet I clean, every piece of equipment I install and every coffee recipe I test is part of this journey. That's why I share it all through My Journey. I want you to be here from the very beginning because I truly believe the journey is just as special as opening day.
